Lisa Chapman

Lisa is an assessor for our ATI & ABT practical assessments. She also assists with CTIC Fieldwork & CBTC case study workshops.

Lisa’s journey into animal behaviour began after adopting a Bulgarian street dog who challenged everything she had previously learned and experienced with her other dogs. Inspired to deepen her understanding, she immersed herself in further study, completing short courses and CPD events before achieving her FdSc in Canine Behaviour and Training and her BSc (Hons) in Applied Animal Behaviour.

She went on to spend five years working within the central behaviour team at Dogs Trust, as well as serving as a Puppy Training and Development Manager for an ADUK assistance dog charity. Lisa now works as a full-time behaviour and training consultant, supporting pet dog carers, charities, and veterinary professionals. She lives with her own re-homed Goldador, and they both enjoy exploring new places together!
