Please note that yearly PACT Membership is not included. It is paid separately upon successful completion of the course and the final assessment.

Dogs

The course venue is dog-friendly. Students are welcome to bring their dog(s) to the courses as long as they are people and dog-friendly or can be safely and reasonably managed.

The Witney Rugby Football Club allows campervans and/or camping at the cost of £5 per night. This includes use of the clubhouse toilets and showers. Food and drinks can be purchased from the clubhouse bar.

Course Fee

What’s included?

  • Fee includes workshop attendance, refreshments and light snacks.
  • Fee does not include lunch. Please bring your own lunch.

Please note

  • Deferral of modules is now prohibited. This means that once booked on a particular course start date, you must attend the corresponding Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced modules (see Course Dates).
  • Deferrals now incur a cost of £200 (Please see Terms and Conditions).
  • Pre-assessments and Assessments however, can be taken at any time.
  • Please note that above packages do not include the yearly Membership fee which becomes payable upon successful completion of the course and assessment.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations for the PACT course will incur a £35 administration fee.
  • There will be strictly no refunds from 60 days prior to course commencement (however, transfer to a later course will be offered as an alternative).

Payment via instalments

  • All instalments must be paid 60 days prior to course commencement.
  • The first instalment (deposit) is non-refundable (however, transfer to a later course will be offered as an alternative).

Deferrals

  • Deferral of course modules is not allowed unless an acceptable reason is provided and an arrangement has been made prior to booking. (This does not apply to pre-assessment and assessment – see below)
  • The deferral period must not exceed one year. If deferral exceeds one year, the course will have be to retaken.
  • Deferral will incur a cost of £200. Any further deferral will also be charged, i.e. if the Intermediate module is deferred, the student will be expected to remain on the chosen later Intermediate and its corresponding Advanced module.
  • Pre-assessments and assessments can be taken at any time. However confirmation must be made four weeks prior and cancellation/reschedule during this period will incur a fee of £60.

Course re-takes

  • Assignment re-submission will incur a cost of £35. Assignments may only be re-submitted once.
  • Theory assessment re-sit will incur a cost of £120.
  • Practical assessment re-take will incur a cost of £120.
  • Pre-assessment reschedule after the four-week deadline will incur a cost of £60.
  • Assessment reschedule after the four-week deadline will incur a cost of £60.

General

  • In the event of a course having to be rescheduled, the same Terms and Conditions will apply, and a new deadline for refunds 60 days prior to the rescheduled date will become effective upon acceptance of the new date. Alternatively, a refund will be given should a student be unable to attend a rescheduled course.
  • PACT or any venue at which a course is held will not be held responsible for dogs being kept in vehicles in car parks, or harm incurred to any dog(s), as a result of being left unattended in vehicles at any of our courses.
  • We reserve the right to amend or update any part of the course content and structure at any stage.
  •  Tutors/assessors may vary or change throughout one course or from one course to another, or assessments
